In accordance to government advice, we have separated staff in offices and enabled others to work from home. This means that they are still on hand to respond to your enquiries and will continue to assist in any way possible
We expect that your demand for gas may be higher just now, as people spend more time at home. As a result, our call volumes have been higher, however please rest assured that we will deal with all enquiries in a timely manner and we will strive to respond as soon as possible.

To speak to a member of our staff, our Head Office opening hours are:
Monday – Friday: 8am-5.30pm and Saturday: 8am-12pm.
Our offices and depots will remain OPEN for deliveries of bulk LPG and gas bottles.
We are closely monitoring the situation and may adjust these times to ensure adequate staff are here to help.
Top Up service –
For those who enjoy the benefits of our automatic Top Up service, please rest assured that these are still running the same way, and we will continue to deliver these to our usual standards.
Manual Ordering –
If you have chosen to monitor your own tank and place orders as you require, we recommend calling us when your tank level is around 25% to give us time to efficiently schedule your gas delivery.
For delivery of manual orders, our current lead-time is up to 10 working days.
Once you have placed your order, there is no need to call unless your tank level drops below 10%. You can call on 0345 450 3121 if this is the case.
Gas Bottle Deliveries –
For bottle deliveries, please do not visit your local depot or distributor in person. You can continue to call your usual supplier, who will be happy to arrange delivery of your cylinders
